SHIPPING

We offer free delivery all over New Zealand on all orders worth 150$ or above. For orders below 150$ delivery charges are applied which will be added in your cart while checkout.
Standard delivery and click and collect orders require up to 3 business days of processing time to be prepared for shipping and collection.
Express delivery orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Kindly note that fulfilment times may vary during peak periods such as holidays and sales.
orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be processed on Tuesday.
Please note once your order is placed, we are unable to change your shipping address

REFUND & EXCHANGES 

You can exchange full price/non discounted items within 15 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. 
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
Full priced items can't be exchanged during storewide sale period.
Please note we do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items.

ITEM IS DAMAGED/ FAULTY /WRONG 

Junaid Jamshed New Zealand will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (damaged/faulty or wrong item) and a full refund or new item will be sent to the customer. 
If the item is bought in store, please visit store within 15 days of purchase along with the receipt.  
If the item/s was bought online please WhatsApp us on 0272847776  with a clear image of damaged/faulty/wrong item(s) and provide the order number and a Customer service member will assist you with the Refund /Exchange process.
